Description
the speed 2 is the ultimate low wind kite, i have used this not that often , taken along on holidays up north of Perth in off season winds to score a kite in 8 to 12 knot winds.
with a surfboard can get going upwind easy in 8 knots (I'm 75kg's) once 12 knots kicks in then the hang time on the kite is amazing, the kites design is like a para sail wing. just floats for ages.
self launch and water relaunch are a cinch, i just back stall the kite to land and pull both outside lines to launch directly downwind to self inflate the kite.
no matter what anyone says about foils in low wind they beat inflatables by a mile because of their light weight and wing design. asking price $1000 open to reasonable offers
the 5 meter pulse has been sold
kites come with bar and bags and none have had repairs.
