Brisbane Sportfishing Club INC is hosting the SEQ Sportfishing Challenge over the weekend of the 22nd-24th June 2012.
The competition venue is the Darling Point Sailing Club Manly and is open to all members of the public.
Nominations to be in by June 17th and ID cards/competitiors package to be presented 8.00pm Friday.
Fishing commences at midnight Friday and ceases at 11.00am Sunday.
Hot food & Soft drinks will be available on the Friday night and Sunday lunch during the weigh-in.
There are 2 section - Offshore section, which has a boundary from Mooloolaba in the north and the Broadwater in the south which includes all waters to the east of a line running from the southern end of Bribie Island to Comboyuro Point on Moreton island as well as thoes areas to the east of Mooloolaba, Caloundra, South Passage, Jumpinpin and Southport Costal Bars.
Inshore section, which is all waters to the the west of the offshore boundaries. Land based fishing boundaries are the same as launch boundaries and are classed as inshore.
Nominations are $40 per senior angler and $10 per Junior angler (less than 16 years old).
