An online recipe competition between now and 30 October will culminate in a cook-off between finalists in November. Executive Director of Fisheries Victoria, Anthony Hurst, says the competition is a celebration of the range of fresh fish from inland waters that is available to the Victorian public - through both recreational fishing and aquaculture.
