Andrew Short Marine has done it yet again - named Sea Ray's #1 dealer in Australia/Asia for an amazing fourth time in five years.
'This is the fourth time we've taken this prize, but we're just as proud as when we won it for the first time,' said Andrew Short, who now has trophies for 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2008.
'It's a testament to our continuous emphasis on customer service and support. We strive to always provide the absolute highest level of service, to make their boating experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. We always want to build long lasting relationships with our customers, not just sell them boats.'
Andrew Short Marine sells more Sea Ray vessels than any dealer in the Australasian region and it's easy to understand why. The company has the largest all-undercover boat showroom in Australia with more than 100 vessels on display. It also owns the Yowie Bay Marina in Port Hacking and Fergusons Marina at The Spit, Mosman where the larger Sea Ray models are displayed.
'We believe in trying to keep one of every model in stock so that customers can touch and feel the vessels. They can also take delivery straight away once they have made their decision, without having to wait 6-12 months for production and delivery,' Andrew said.
'Owning the two marinas gives us an added advantage as we can offer clients a marina berth as part of a package. A lot of people buy large boats and can't find anywhere to berth them. We can guarantee berths to our clients.'
Andrew Short Marine also organises annual boating events such as Rendezvous and AquaPalooza which bring Sea Ray owners together, encourage them to feel a part of the
Sea Ray family, and give them additional training and confidence to use their vessels.
