Its a bit too early for flowers and romance,

i already got her some top vino and cheese rings the other week.

Flowers are fine... just NOT red roses, a bunch of fresh brightly colored flowers from a florist always goes well....( not the ones from the supermarket or the servo, they don't last)
Maybe some ear-rings (but don't present them in a little box)

No card, too early for that!...
you will have to put words in the card and at this stage I think thats a big mistake, but a bunch of yellow flowers (yellow is really nice when you are a winter baby)
I know, I got mine a week ago
If you buy perfume I can guarantee you, you will make a mistake at this early stage.
Yellow flowers means friendship...so thats a good start.
