Does anyone know whether they actually test the water, or simply rely on rainfall ceasing and allow three days to clean up to then say it's clean. This seems to be how the site works. If so, it's a bit of a sham. Personally I wouldn't trust the data unless there is actual testing done to verify the results posted.

Anyone up for a kite Friday on Botany? I am planning to have the day off Friday for my birthday and (weather permitting) I am keen to spend the day on the water.

I have a 17m Core, which should be ok with the current forecast 15-17knots, thinking to go to Kurnell. Happy to travel a bit to another spot, but with the current forecast Kurnell is probably one of the better spots anyway.

I have a 160Lt sailboard, I might bring along as well, to try out if there is not enough wind for the TT. Also got a 4meter foil training kite which is also fun when the wind is a bit light, so happy for beginners to join and I can show them some pointers. Will beat a day in the office!!

If the forecast gets any worst and/or no one is keen to join, last resort I will just go to work! (Save the day off for another time)

Cheers, Tav
