Gday banana benders

I'm heading over to stay at Kirra this weekend (arrive tomorrow) with my GF and some friends.
Was just going to surf all easter weekend, maybe head south of the border for a night or 2 as well) but the forecast looks like onshores - and so now seeking advice now on whether it is worth bringing kite gear as well.
So can someone help answer: will the yellow arrow easterlies typically be lighter or stronger than forecast along the stretch from kirra to tugun? (where i am most likely to head, and not really interested in flat water).
Preferring to just bring my 9m (goes ok 15-25kn WA wind depending on boards etc) but could pack a 12m if it is more likely to be used, been kiting 8 years plus, so self sufficient etc. - might pick up a 2nd hand board for bashing if it is likely to be on, instead of bringing over a quiver.

If anyone wants to give some local knowledge to a kiter from WA in return for help if heading to WA next season, i'm happy to reciprocate.

Cheers
Maz

Cool, thanks. Brought a 9 just in case, but might trip down there for a paddle one day.

Thanks for the advice.

Yeah cheers, had some good paddles greenmount to kirra. Waves as per usual though average for Goldie would be day of the year in Perth and fun for down south but a little less punch. That snapper crowd does my head in though...

Keeping an eye on that northerly forecast for Sunday arvo too. Cheers
