Built by Dutch students from the Delft University of technology.
The seat can move to the left or right as counterweight.

That's very cool, does it fit the 5.6 mini spec ?
Just need to get rid of that ugly sail and put a nice racing windsurfer sail on.

Would the builders be prepared to share their design drawings?
That's the First mini design I've seen that has made me want to build one.

I just send a email to builders and ask if the design drawings are for sale. Let you know !

It looks like the steering is done with two separate pedals and cables. Is that correct?

looks like it might be a bit of a pain to garage build anyway due to all the bent tubes.

only tube that would need bending would be that rear ale/rail. all the rest is asthetics. the frame is rather reminiscent of the early seagull class 5 yachts circa mid 80's and the swing seat is something from the early 80's in australia. those rear tyres would need to changed to be effective. I recon i could destroy them in minutes. all up a lovely package. Im impressed.
