I am new to stand up and tried it once on an australian waterman 10 6 34 inch board and managed to stay on. I am 105 kg and looking to buy a second hand 2012 naish 12 6 glide. Is this a good board to learn on. I just want it for fitness and cruising- flat water as I own a 9 6 long board and have surfed for 20 years. Where I live there is no surf. What should I look out for in a second hand board like the naish.
Any advice for experienced sup's would be greatly appreciated.
It's an excellent board and perfect for someone your weight to learn on..

Love that video - as a transplanted Melbournian (now in Brissie but Brisbane River ain't quite the same feel as the Yarra!) it gave me a great sense of nostalgia! Thanks for putting that up!
