The tail looks very similar but the nose looks very different as the LSD looks more pulled in and is rockered.

Yes the LSD Fish looks very cool. It is a bit of an ugly tail though. Shame they are just white too.

the LSD 8'6 with deck grip: apart from the 'fish' tail, doesn't really resemble the 7S Uberfish at all.

heres the surfboard version its based off. Loads and loads of fun. Just remember to ride the SUP version like a traditional fish and you'll be growing a beard wearing short shorts and being part of the "too cool" crowd in no time

That concerns me as i am not into fish's that much and normly like to ride more than a fish type mushy wave. But will give it a crack The 9'6 looks god as well and still 30 wide, I think i prefer 9 and under

ive been riding the 9'6 LSD and thats more of a traditional blend of surfing. thats going up to noosa for the demo day as well. gotta love a demo day. PS demo at the alley tomorrow as well, should be fun. forgot to mention, went to queenstown last week. cold but lots of paddle potential. love to do it in the summer months, might even see someone that actually lives there

Im always in queenstown, family there, You will freze ya balls off even in summer But yes great water to do long paddles on, But if cought by the wind its got more waves than the beach. I have seen 2ft of swell if you like come over the wall by the jet boats, You know where i mean

Well after spending numerous hours pouring over specs of the 8'11 Gerry Lopez Lil Darlin', 9'3 Sub Vector and the McTavish 9'0, I was about to put my money down on the Lopez when... I ordered a Luke Short Designs 8'6 Fish from Australia!!! It was the dimensions I had been dreaming about in my head and seemed to fit perfectly with local wave spots and my surf style. My favourite shortboard is a 7S 6'3 superfish and this LSD SUP seems pretty close to a blown up version of that. Flat rocker, wide tail and nice n snappy. It arrived last night with a family member on holiday in NZ so I can't wait to try it!!! Thanks heaps to Scott at Greenline on the Gold Coast for helping me out at such short notice and while busy with the Noosa Demo days. Love the OAM board bag and LSD T-Shirt too. Heres a pic of my Superfish And my 2 board quiver!!

I will post a review when I've had a really good go on it. It feels fairly light and really nicely finished.
