Hey guys, Here is a video from my session at the wave pool in the UAE. This place is a lot of fun. Its actually a surprising good wave that allows for some fun in a place with not a lot else to do. Make sure you check you it out if you ever fly through Dubai. Its actually reasonable prices. Check there site out here. www.wadiadventure.ae/ Keahi

Did you take your own SUP or do they have boards there to rent?

Looks like great fun , epic surfing , you on a jp production or custom ? Board looks like it releases well off the face , specs? The only time I would want to be an Arab , no stone throwers around?

Glad everyone likes the vid. I took my own SUP. They have short boards you can use bot not standups. The board is a Custom, but made in the same construction and where all there production boards come from. Just smaller. They have a new 8'6 thats coming out which is really nice. Just a little big for me. Keahi

We have 2 x Custom 8'2 JPs coming in our August shipment otherwise the standard 8'6 is the smallest.

That new wave pool design definitely looks pretty interesting. Between that and the Wave Garden one as well as the Kelly one, I'm sure it will be an interesting few years to see how they work. At the moment, I would say this is the best wave pool out there but it definitely looks like that could change! Definitely a different place. I didnt get to witness one but I got told about something called a "burkini" haha. Some pretty funny images on google if you look.. Keahi

For those that care, here is the clip of me kiting it. Only a few waves unfortunately as they didn't film that much.

Don't know how you dealt with the crowds in both vids! Is it like that all the time or JP/Cabrinha put some cash up to get some time on it alone? Good surfing!
