Happiness.
Met Jankie as planned and my 13 yr old daughter Sarah paddled out from the beach to the baby reef ;-)
Good patient instructions from Jankie, we both caught waves on our knees and managed to stand up a couple of times :-)
Sarah had the longest ride.
Two hours went quickly, thank goodness as we were both pretty tired, but a boat gave us a ride back to the beach.
Booked again for Friday.
The range of breaks available at Sanur reefs was impressive, it should be on your list if you come to Bali.

No surprises there for me. Great spot and Jankie's your man and with top quality equipment!
Enjoy your ANZAC Day paddle and start saving for Sarah's SUP - I'm sure she will be addicted after Friday's SUP surf (if she wasn't already).

Thanks Mark, from nothing at Xmas we now have 2 boards.
Now we need (my wife says want ) a surf sup.
9'6" Naish Mana in my future, only my wife knows how far into the future that will be!
