Tempted to switch then?

A totally STARBOARD vid DJ, aka 'Ace'!

Did you know the ski rider that passed through?

Yeah.. Nice Shaka for the camera ..

That was fun and in case anyone was wondering.. It was not a race.. We were just having fun..

Good to know that your Falcon was the same width as my Glide (27")

Living in the UK at the moment so have currently have a Naish ONE Sup. It does the job around the canals and lakes but looking to get into the surf and then X the Channel. Whats the view on how suitable the 2013 Falcon is for that type of job? It looks more than capable. Does anyone know if its been taken out on some very open ocean journeys and in high winds?

I'm sure it would be very good for you.. but if you're going to paddle across the English Channel you might want to consider the wider version depending on your weight and skill level.. and the conditions when you do it.. Maybe also concider the new 2014 version that is due out soon... Welcome to the Breeze..

I paddled the 12.6 on some beachraces and the 14 on hiphigh waves.
The 12.6 surfs excellent and I really like them in a bit of downwind course although the boards with a lower deck are more stable.
The deck pad is comfy for long distance and great on the feet but has imo just not enough grip to paddle through a serious surf. I got washed of the board while with my Starboard I never had that in the same conditions.
