Currently using a Starboard Enduro premium carbon paddle. Finding it way too stiff with shoulder/elbow/wrist injuries. Bought a Naish Makani vario and find it too soft, although it doesnt aggravate my injuries.
So I'm looking for something in the middle flex wise. Really hard to find either of these paddles for a demo near by, so looking for opinions on these 2 Naish recommendations. Mostly surfing but some flat water and downwinding as well.
I do like the smaller blade of the Makani 8".
has anyone used either of these? Any other suggestions.

You should try the Naish Race LE fixed.. or maybe the Kaholo fixed..

I meant to say.. not too 'soft'.. and not too hard.. 
.. maybe that hard should be stiff..

Haha thanks DJ. I was hoping you would offer your expertise. Not too soft and not too stiff should be about just right.......
After previously shying away, I am finding myself being drawn to the yellow side (also got my eye on a 10'6 nalu for longboard style surfing)
