Hi MFPH, for race distances please see Jappie's post above -"the race distances for each division/class will be posted on the Club website next week, I will also update this thread with more info". Club website: http://www.cronullasutherlandsupclub.com.au/ It's not only one race but a day of races for everyone from serious racers to kids and families. You can race everything from surf shapes to 14' + race boards. There's even a handicap race that takes into account your age, weight, board length. Lots of fun and a good day out at a great location.

Larko, come, you will get OFB like me whom specialise at the back to clean up the carnage and actually race with BigMc to see whom comes last, and there will be a handicap race too, and I think I might just usurp the officialdom of president Jappy and madam vice Mick and do the handicapping this year.........

This is a whole day of racing, each division has a seperate race. The distances will vary depending on the division. Have spoken with Jappy, the distances for each race are being finalised and will be announced shortly.

Greg, I will race you for last place. Loser buys the other a beer. I will do the 14' race on my 12'6" if that is in the rules. Casso, no Uri Gellar mind tricks at the raffle draw this year. I am sure I saw you shuffling those raffle tickets with mental telepathy.

Had a paddle this morning on the beautiful Woronora river. Great location. If last years event is anything to go by, this will be worth turning up for.

Water was a bit muddy, but we had a good paddle anyway. Nice still water and no wind. Good conditions for the race, with a few places to watch along the route.
