The first event of the year for the new world tour which has replaced the old World series and from all the talk about it between the riders it seems like it might be a good show this year with most of the worlds best signing up for the whole series.
Aussies i know doing the first one are.

I think this is all for the first event as i know more wanted to do it but it is a tricky event to get boards for.

It would be great to get behind all these crew as they all train hard and it would be sick to see them right up the top!!

Yep i cant wait to see how this first full year of competition goes for the APP.

After seeing first hand how healthy the last 2 race comps (noosa n 12towers) were in queensland and a wide spread field of pro/am paddlers all frothing on the sport. Surely things across the board or all over the world are also healthy and blossoming too

I know ill be sitting back on my couch happy as a pig in a thick pile of sh1t with a bucket bong and a few stubbies of beer yelling at my computer or phone screen cheering on all the aussie crew

I think Linc and Matty Nottage are also heading over.

Have they gone the 'anything up to 14' rule this year?

Tallebudgera creek at Palm Beach.
Not the best mouth to train (for the beginner) in but definitely the best creek in the world. Awesome area and there are lots of ads and movies filmed there.....
Good Luck to all our Aussie competitors
