I watched this video and didn't peg this as a chicks board, but an all round board,
Lets face it some of you blokes could do with a little more intense work on your core.............me included

oh scotty, you changed your avatar from your drag gear, and based on that you def. should do some more core work
now long room?
Wonder if that is the original 10'5 Drive shape with a bit of 'lippy' on. That was a great board, less rocker than the current one so it was fast on flat water. New one is certainly late take off friendlier.
Extra tie down points are great on any all round board though.
OK I don't get it .... what's the point of doing yoga or "exercises" on a paddle board. Wouldn't it be better doing your other forms of exercise and stretching on dry land? When you go for a paddle you are getting all the exercise you need any way. What's next? Dancing on the paddle board? What a wank. Hey, I'm going to start up a new youtube channel .... outdoor cooking on your paddle board. Yes, it comes with a built in kettle bbq and a spot to keep your heat beads dry. Optional extras include a picnic basket and pump up girl friend if you want some company.
I don't do it.. but if I did yoga I'd rather do it on a sup board on some glassy water and out in the sunshine than inside looking at four walls.
It must bring in extra core muscles doing a down-dog on a sup board than it would doing it on the floor..
