Sorry to answer the question but try SolRX - a lot of the Goldie lifeguards and pro surfers use it. This and Island Tribe (the gel one) is the best i've used and they don't have a lot of the nasties in it. As for 1mm wetsuits, forget it, I'd be looking for an ice vest based on that heatwave forecast. Stay cool over there - Mark http://www.solrx.com.au http://www.islandtribe.com.au/site/island_tribe_sun_gel

Oh yeah the topic - sorry to have to say this, but I've used all the mega expensive sunblocks that dont run in your eyes/arent gluggy or sticky/dont leave you zinc white all day/dont clog your pores blah blah blah HOWEVER the best (and cheapest) I have come across is Coles (the supermarket) Sports Clear Zinc. Rubs in easy and clear and doesnt seem to sweat off in the water. Yeah yeah I know Im a cheapskate titearse BUT why spend 3 times as much for a product thats not as good as the Coles brand IMO.

I just use a half decent one from the chemist....I find the biggest factor of slip/non-slip is the amount of time it is applied before water entry. I live up the trashy end of the GC and it takes me 30 mins to get to the sth points. If I put it on at home and chuck my gear in/on my truck, by the time im in the water it doesnt seem so bad. btw dont put it on the soles of your feet!

Hey Fester have you still got that Tyler Riddler ? How's it going ? As for sunscreens I like Banana Boat the best . It doesn't run into your eyes.
