Funny Doggie our cat fell in the pool early one morning last year I heard this flapping noise for about 5 mins before I went to investigate it was the cat trying to swim ( a word of warning whenever trying to save a drowning cat use a broom or something to hook it out dont use your hands fkn ungrateful fleabags)

All your contacts will be on your iTunes mate, when you get your new phone all your contacts and pics will still be there.

Itunes will automatically know which phone is which, what your phone has done is when it has synced is synched with your outlook contacts list. solution is, plug your phone in but don't let it sync. Than in the options tabs at the top chhose contacts and untick the sync with outlook contacts box and it should stop it happening again. As for getting the old contacts back if you havent synced your phone since you lost them you are able to restore your I phone from your last backup, this can be done from iTunes once your phone is plugged in, don't let it sync and choose the restore from backup option. Not sure but think it is on the first page. Good luck
