i think we should stop talking about this and move along....the shock i am in right now is overwhelming

dazzler +1 for ashmore, just keep away from their boards

on brands i have always had problems with ripcurl, yet their customer service was amazing. i have been wearing oneils for a while now,but last years suit the seams went pretty much from the first day.

to cut a long story short, the bloke at oneil who i dealt with{if i find his name i will post it}would have to be the most obnoxious and pathetic person i haver dealt with . The way he spoke to me,in fact everything he did was beyond pathetic....i did in the end get a replacement suit, and i will say that this techno butter2 neoprene{sounds sexy hey}is the most comfortable rubber that has ever graced my body. AMAZING is what i rate it. im just hoping i do not have to deal with mr fuctard ever again

Thanks fellas (excluding Ted ), and Chrispy rest assured those zip up front ones are just fine on the girls only, especially when they only zip them up half way.

I've got a Quicksilver 2mm which has like thick rash vest material arms. Its good for days when the water is warm, but the winds a little chilly. Also gives you a little bit more protection on shallow Indo reefs. Bought it in Bali for $50

Wtf is a wetsuit jacket . Do you wear them after a surf in that cold Gold Coast breeze ? .

When it comes to wetsuits Anchor wetsuits make gear as good as the big brands at half the price - great value for money . Reckon between me and the kids I have about 20 anchor wetsuits hanging in the garage at the moment . Also have 2 billabong wet ties and a couple of ripcurl booties and vests but the anchor gear is the pick of it at half the cost .
- not sure if they make jackets though

But you both forgot we Sunny Coasters also want / need the beaver tail to go with the front zip.

They are also good for us fat old dudes who sometimes ride 666s cos we can unzip them now and then to flash our cleavage and cool off our man boobs.

Most excellent . no branding etc so great quality just cheaper. Size guide is spot on.
$60.
Made in Thailand.
Most probably in the Rip curl factory (wink, wink, nudge, nudge).

Well, I made the mistake of checking the specials online and saw the O'Neill beavertail was down to half price and my size was available. That made it $80. Then I noticed that there was another 30% off if you added their current sales code. Sooo... for $56, I'm soon to be the not-very-hip, not-very-proud owner of a hipster wettie jacket. I might take Wavemaniac's advice and cut the tail off. Or I might even do it up to keep the pills warm...
