Hi just asking is anyone surfing after total hip replacement.I am having the new anterior procedure by dr Soloman at randwick. At 58 i am wondering how long before i will be back in the water and at what level.Do you think i could get back on a fish.Any feedback would be appreciated.
Hey Webb, All jokes aside Solomon has a good rep. All the guys in that that section know their sh1t - Angus Grey for feet, Harper for shoulders, etc. Our GP is the best going around and top bloke for a South African and he always sends us to Sth African specialists - no complaints here as my experiences have been good. Met Solomon once and found him arrogant. good luck and keep posting.

Yeah I got to see the whole setup and execution, it was a beautiful piece of work. But seriously Scotty enough is enough, I haven't been able to eat since I saw that. Hungry hippos after work..
i'm starting to think scotty's got a tuffy over her

I'm over her trust me. When the streetlights come on she'll be gone. Back to Alana perhaps. Is it worse then Mark's avatar - probably. Can you imagine a first time poster with that avatar ?

Jump over to the SB forum and there is a thread on stretching. That and improving your flexibility is another thing that is very important especially at a later age. You muscles will naturally shrink with age and also become 'stiff' if not used hence loosening them is very important to maintain your agility and movement.
