Choppers galore up and down the metro beaches today. Pretty grey with green water. Not sure they would see much. Police chopper was in on the action also. Government must be concerned about the backlash for sitting idle on shark research when the next person gets chewed.

I felt nervous sitting in a school of salmon for a couple of hours yesterday evening.

The cynic in me laughed out loud for two glorious reasons.
1) at the bottom of the linked page their is an add that states second wavegarden for australia announced in a month.........
2) There is no such thing as sharks

In all honesty instead of spending all the money on science and tagging and tracking, sattelites, big boats just pump a few rounds into the problem sharks and put the rest towards the third and fourth wavepool.
Did somebody say win win.

Extension of the shark warning should go right through to sept nov when the whales come,

A salmon bumped into me last week swimming full noise it must of been 4-5kg not cool, not cool at all

Than i realised it was a salmon and aaaah relief....my brain than asked, why was it swimming so fast it must of been trying to escape.
By this stage my body had decided to navigate my daydreaming mind to the shallow inside ledge to scramble up the rocks instead of the nice sandy bit 50 metres up...... Take that brain ! yelled my body as it cut itself up scrambling over urchins and spiky rocks.
My brain just smiled back......stoopid body it thought....
It was than i realised that
A) medication could bebthe answer to dull those shark thoughts away
B) my brain has never won an argument with another thing before.
C) salmon bumping into your leg at full speed increase the risk of a psychosis episode by an infinite percentile.

^^^^^ Funny stuff Razzonater but I suspect you're already on some medication.

The Northern beaches have been full of salmon up to about 5kg for a couple of weeks now, the water even smells and tastes fishy they're so thick sometimes. I've had them swim into me too, probably trying to evade dolphins.

That would scare the be jesus out of anyone. I had a seal a few years ago that dig the same thing

If you finding your mind is wandering to what made be swimming around, i can say a Surfsafe will make you feel a lot more comfortable.

I agree with Dr Razz, sharks don't exist.
