Aren't they used in skateboards too, albeit maybe a smaller size?

I want some SEX BOLTS too! Im not sure what they are, but i know i want them.
Well I'll be damned. It wasn't a typo, there really is a thing called a 'sex bolt'. 
I assume one half would be the 'sex bolt' and the other half a 'sex nut'. Who would like their other half to be a sex nut?
