There's the obvious Windrider Nicole Kidman movie, do you'z know of other examples? Here's an obscure one. The 1986 movie Dead End Drive-in. Real bad Aussie movie (I remember seeing ad clips on TV at the time). Wow, terrible movie, acting is abysmal, still, somewhere midway, couple of guys are riding skateboards with old windsurfer wave sails in the background. (Only redeeming feature in that movie is that the nude scenes seem to be silicone-free.) Any others?

Plug n Play had a bit, in between scenes of euro pretty boys pulling each others daks down on the beach and clubbing.

At the beginning of SAFE HOUSE, with Ryan Reynolds... he's sitting at a cafe in Cape Town, South Africa... it's howling and there's a bunch of guys in the background hammering along on slalom kit. Pretty cool movie also.

Actually someone at wok was telling me that in one of the Jaws, on the shore of NJ, there's a windsurfer gliding by in the background. That would make it a 70s early "apparition"...

I was, um, watching an adult video from the late 80's. Don't ask whyYou know why, except the 80's part. Anyway, while they're on the deck of the boat some guy sails up on a windsurfer. Didn't look like he was part of the movie. ...a bit like Shearwater sometimes. If you know what I mean you know what I mean.

Movie the kids like called "Marley and me" 2008 with Owen Wilson has small flash of windsurfing in the background. My 11 year old said that there is a Jp board in it. Kids also just told me about wizards of waverley place the movie 2009 which apparently has lots of windsurfing in it.

Not sure what the movie is called, but clearly the inflight entertainment on this plane is about windsurfing.

Never seen the movie but it was filmed at the old Matraville Drive In. Now full of town house. I new one of the guys. From La Perouse. Anyone here remember Sea Level Sailbords. Had the time of my windsurfing life growing up down there.

Mate ya kill me. There's a sign on one of the land board sail, couldn't make it out. Now I see it's 'Level', as in Sea Level, according to your post. Unreal. What a bad movie, but at least tits in movies were real then...
