Has anyone got any of the latest updates on the event at marrawah as the site has nothing new and doesnt say whether the gallery images are of action this week or ?
The wind obs look good now finally so hopefully Greens is firing or the bluff and crew sizzling a few off the lips etc ?

:o, so like, hows that compare to WA? I was looking @ the wind charts for down there, and looks like they have had up to 40kts over the week, and the surf looks pretty good as well. Time for an aussie leg of the PWA? Is there an aussie leg?

hey greenlander,

I agree in that these photos show wavesailing how it should be and specifically show between Gnaraloo, Margaret River and Tassi we have probably some of the best wave sailing locations in the world in our beautiful country.

I think it said Nomadic '08 day 2 in the photo gallery. Different event...

Nope it aint Dan as he is sponsored by WindSurfnSnow not Sail HeadQuarters (SHQ)
Can't remember the guys name but he was up at Gnaraloo while we were there in November... he's a Mexican (from Victoria) and yep as you can see he can sail !

Look under Open Double Elimination Heat 1 to see Levi stacking a high pushie and tearing up a wave.

It was a really good comp, plenty of action.

Well done to Mick, Dan and local boy John Pott for some awesome sailing in the Nationals. And a huge thanks to all those who took the time to attend such an excellently run event!
Photos are from Day2 of the 'Nomadic', a local competition series and brain child of John Pott(Gold combat). The aim of Nomadic is to bring sailors from around the state together, to sail in the best conditions the state has to offer, when available and where ever they may be.(other sailor on Ezzy, Kaleb Smith, tassie boy. Was in Gnaraloo last september, definately not Mexican and he can only just sail!)
And Reece you still owe me three litres of oil you borrowed after your impressive crash! maybe next time!
Great sailing with you again Dan, see you next time.

Sorry mate forgot about that, your oil is in my engine in west melbourne, you are welcome to pick it up, but get it soon otherwise its off to car heaven with the rest of my car.

Otherwise I'll bring some oil down for the next nomadic, not too far away!

Insurance with AAMI was no worries they even paid for me and jess to fly home and they valued my car at higher then the agreed value, couldnt believe it!!!!They said it was because it had low k's on it. All things considered things ended up OK

Thanks again
