Your right OPH the Fat Lady has not sung yet! You guys only need one good day and you could take out the Ashes series! I like the Churchillian Quote!! Well-done
Ahhh December and time for some "sledging" of sorts
With your weather, I think sledding would be more appropriate!

Hi All -- Hope you Ozzy boys are enjoying your summer - hope you get loads of wind -- Its been the coldest December for 100 years here !! snowing heavy now -minus 11 windchill yesterday - and no south or west winds for sailing anyway . so not looking good for us- Air ports closed so cannot get a late cheap excape to the sun. -- Be sad if 'Ashes comp' finish this way but we will have em back next year we will have to book a december trip to hot windy place . Happy Christmas to you all Peter Cutts

Yesssss..... The big white-out in England would probably even shut up Kevin Pietersen, Prior &/or Anderson One is almost inclined to call it a draw...almost. But a win is a win - even though it is a bit like kissing your sister (or so I'm told - thanks Tony). I hear the governing bodies are meeting for something bigger, better & fairer for next year Well done all, & have a happy Christmas

St John's Muddies Team East Team Juice WK Speed Warriors (ice sail specialist) The 'Ashes Series' was just meant to be a bit of fun, but you guys came on board & made it interesting, competitive, funny, sledgy & a whole sh1t-load of fun. Got something good for next year cheers Peter

Hang on - West Kirby frozen over????? Ice speed sailing produces some pretty high speeds. I gather the rules don't explicitly exclude them from sailing here - could the Kirby Crew be planning something prior to the new year? Merry xmas to all freezing their butts in the motherland too.
