Some Photos of the only good access to sail Watson Taylor Lake. Track 4x4 only. Track is about 150 meters long. Muddy after rain. Mosquitos along track in Summer. Not at point where you can rig up. S to SW winds the best.

Yes Karl, The track now is a bit overgrown. I'm going down after X-mass to clean the track up and have a sail.

Hopefully once we have a sail down here its good for some distance and flatwater , theres no huge mountain to stop the wind from the north or south , glad mark got in and soon as we get some wind we will certainly do some sailing .

Hey Mark.......wanna give watson taylor a go on Thursday? If not I may Head to Pacific Palms as the SW there is much cleaner than at Queens. Pain in the bum because of the extra drive but usually worth it.....cheers mate. Adam

Hi Mark & Adam! I would LOVE to try out Pac Palms tomorrow but really shouldn't take a day off. Definitely keen to try out Watson Taylors in the arv if you think it's worth it though. Otherwise the river here shouldn't be too bad in a SW either...

If I didn't have a bum leg I'd be tempted with Wallis.

Hi Nic & Adam, I have to work tomorrow.Have to give sailing a miss. Still have not cleaned the track up yet to Watson T Lake. Didn't get a chance over X-mass New Year. Let you know when I do it. Still over grown would scratch your car driving on track at the Moment. Cheers Mark
