I had a great kite there with you early on and stuck around to take some photos. There were more but these are the better ones. (If you were there, let me know your sail colour I can pass them on to you in higher quality).

Carlton turned it on for a full on expression session
The wind picked up just as we arrived then the swell just got bigger
11 of us out and we all voted Fos no.1 for a pretty awesome effort, you got out the back of some big sets. Jez might be faster but you rip the waves....sorry Jez
Jordon pulled out half way through the session with a nearly broken foot.

Great photos, looked like all were having a fantastic time. Up on the north coast we had plenty of wind but not so much swell. Nic and myself sailed Bell Buoy until Nic retired early with an injured neck. In the end it got too windy for my 4.5 so I called it a day after 3 hours of sailing. Unfortunately we both forgot to bring a camera.

Ahhh miss those days at Carlton, in the car park talking about going windsurfing, watching the wind and swell die out before my eyes. Pleasant when everything turns on down there, nice pics...

Can I also say, that as a total wave sailing NEWB I loved the punishment my KA sail took and appears to have damage at all..
Even when a wave was breaking and I bailed out. swam back and the Ezzy mast, KA sail and Chinook boom were all still intact.
The Exocet cross also took some punishment and survived really well.
