Al wasn't kidding when he said he was a bit busy on the day. I think the association should give a big thankyou for his efforts.
I thoroughly enjoyed the day and want to say it was great catching up with some familiar faces.
As Al says it started calm enough but about noon the wind started to pick up and gave the more experienced riders a little bit of action. Over all the conditions wind wise were pretty ideal for all concerned.
I hope the day has inspired at least a few beginners to take up the challenge of learning our difficult but ultimately oh so rewarding sport.
