Hello windsurfers out there,

Me and my little family just arrived to Hobart and are keen windsurfers. I saw the forecast might be good for Friday. Were do we need to go (waves)?? would be great if we can join some others to get some local tips :)

I'm also looking for a job if anybody knows of anything going around, managed a regional supermarket for the last five years.. but willing to do anything really!

Thanks!

A&A click on 'About windsurfing Tasmania' tab, scroll down to Tassie Windsurfing Spot Guide that will give you most of the spots in Tassie.
www.thespotguide.com.au/TAS/index.html

Not too many epic wave spots in the south but we know how to have fun with not a lot like Carlton and Goats, plenty of flat water, speed and bump n jump though.
The west coast around Marrawah has world class waves, a few will be heading over maybe before Christmas and definitely after.
The north coast has great jumping and epic winds when the fronts come through though the sailors up there are a bit dodgy
Good flat water speed runs at Port Sorell and Stanley.

Do as Damien suggested get on whats app you'll get up to the minute reports when ever there's wind, contact Damien he'll turn you on

Yes you've guessed right we do spend a fair bit of time bagging each other up especially if there's no wind about ........................welcome to Tassie
