tell him it doesn't record freestyle
Pretty impressive height for the bay! I think you should put an * next to bay sessions - I reckon that's way more impressive!
Awesome. I reckon I'll have a crack at it on my slalom board in an estuary.
Max velocity meets wave.
Do you have to actually land or be on the board when it takes off ?
I'm not sure how much leverage you would get if you aren't actually 'sailing' your board when you hit a ramp!! However, you don't have to land it!!
This competition is all about getting MAXIMUM height!

This is my game plan!!!
6.5 Severne NCX & Futura 101
Max Speed + Ramp = Reaching the stratosphere!!
How many units do you have? You can almost guarantee that the good days on the bay when you fellas will be having a crack will be good at Invy & other places too, so for us living down the coast who might want to have a go it would be good to have a couple of units if possible.

As it stands, we currently have 1 unit available to use!
But... do not fear! We have more available to purchase if you desire!!

Only 1 unit is gonna make it very tough...If theres a good forecast for the weekend it will be near impossible to borrow it then...IMO you need minimum 5 units to make it workable.
^agree... take the long range forecast for next Tues for example...
20-25 SW = Prime jumping conditions for all areas including the bay, surf coast, mornington pen, the island, and Invy/SandyPt . Not sure about far Sth West, but I'm sure there's spots there too.

If you have Tuesday off, you better book it in now then
Nice comp fellas. There was a Kiter that hit 11.7m with his WOO the other day in Whyalla. It looked impressive from the shore.
There is something to aim for.
^ The first rule about the flight club is we dont talk about the flight club!!
The second rule about flight club is we dont talk about **%*** kiters
Gents,
If demand is high we will put a second unit on demo ! But keep in mind you can have a session with a few mates using the same unit, all you have to do is switch it off and on again to create a new session and this will split up the Jump info! The comp runs to the end of February so plenty of opportunities to have a go !
Great conditions today to kick off "Flight Club", we have two units out today so we should see the first results tomorrow !
Ladies and Gentlemen we have our FIRST results from FLIGHT CLUB!
We are sitting with Jan "Koster" Kruze as the high flyer from yesterdays session at Dendy Street with a 22.4ft rocket air!The G-Force on the landing was pretty high at 4.4 so no doubt it was a knee shattering jump, that's what we want!!!Hock is coming at a close 2nd, at 20ft, and I've got a feeling this was a forward loop, good it see the boys going huge!
Victor (Victori) "Fernadez", with another big jump in dying wind conditions was a great effort at 17.5ft!
Keep up the good work guys!
We have decided to split the groups up into Bay & Coast sessions, just to ensure we have a level playing field!
At the moment, we have 2 units out! So be sure you drop into the Zu early to reserve your unit for a big session!
Remember, "Keep talking about Flight Club"

Alright, with the competition kicking off with a big session at Dendy Street last week, we thought we should show you what is on offer for those high flyers!
Fanatic & North are kindly donating a North XT extension and base (Rrp $395)
We will also give away a Woo Sports to the overall winner (Rrp $299)
So.... Make sure you drop into The ZU Boardsports to pick up your WOO Unit and see how high you are!!
A quick update, we haven't had any massive conditions lately but we have a few more competitors on the leader-board.
Forecast for Saturday looks good so come and pick up a WOO !
Ok it has been a bit quite a while due to light winds but we have a new leader, Tao manage to clock 28ft at the 13th beach bombie yesterday (respect !)
And we have 7-20Ft waves forecast for the next few days and we have already had 4 people (you know who you are) requesting the Woo, this could get interesting ! Stay tuned !
