The Reo continues to be a top surf kite, but would also suit smaller rider starting out on a budget. In good condition but has a couple of professional repairs (see photos). Needs a set of bladders as it still has the V1 bladder set. Well used, but still plenty of life left. Kite only, have an optional used bar in fair condition to add. Offers considered, can deliver.
