SOLD Sail has had a couple of tears in main panel, the bigger one about a foot long. Has been no problems with tape on it.
Complete with mast extension, boom and a brand new mast. The whole rig is ridiculously lightweight. It's designed for kids and lighter adults, having a lower boom cutout. It made a huge difference to my son's progression, who was already using other kid friendly sails, but found the XS-3 so much easier and fun. Could not believe the ease with which he could waterstart, as well as could point much higher upwind. If I had my time over again, wouldn't have hesitated at getting him the XS-3 from the outset. He started off with Ezzy kids rigs and Unifiber sails. They were no comparison to the Severnes, in terms of ease of use, progression and enjoyment. The severnes cost a lot more, but the investment pays off in spades if it means your child sticks with the sport. My son is now well and truly hooked.
