I just don't get this.

A mate sees a kite being pulled onto a boat just outside Balmoral Beach in Sydney. Possibly the worst kiting location around.

Explanations?

Classic

Probably didn't want to sit in traffic to get to any of the usual spots, which is understandable.

He's probably just trying something different. Each to their own.

Except kiting is banned in the harbour.

Wind wing out off Double Bay on the weekend. Seems like different rules for windsurfers, kitesurfers, wind wingers, paddle boards and prone paddlers on the harbour??? I've seen them all.

My mate who took the photo thought that maybe someone ejected and the boat was perhaps doing the grab.

Most expensive ejeculation since the one night stand with no condoms.

I've seen guys on windsurfers hauling arse and jumping kick arse rollers at middle head. Looked like such a good spot with heaving swell and gusty wind roaring through the heads. Agree though too dicey on a kite.

1. Not a kite
2. Not a Duotone
3. Possibly launched from the boat to make the most of an odd wind direction and jumping back onboard for a cold frothy.
