Red Paddle Co is the leading manufacturer & distributor of inflatable paddle boards worldwide. Today, it is distributed in over 50 countries. The company has been designing and developing SUP products for over 10 years. The roots of the company extend back 40 years in the technical development of performance windsurfing equipment. SUP participation is still growing at a fast rate globally and Red Paddle Co has a design and sales team set to provide for this growth. The business operates in a fast moving, exciting and dynamic market in the water sports industry and is expanding at an exceptional pace. During 2016 Red Paddle Co International decided to invest in building a new Australian company to deliver an improved distribution service to the Asia/Pacific area. This has been achieved and now the primary aim is to build sales in this region and for this reason a new role has been created.
Red Paddle Co East Coast Sales Representative – The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a team within an international company full of exciting new plans for the future, both in Australia and abroad. The applicant will need to be able to demonstrate solid sales experience as well as a skills set that shows the confidence to grow the retail and Watersports Centre network of accounts with careful consideration to local market conditions. Being able to build relationships with ‘networkers’ in other markets and use them to promote the brand is also essential. We’re looking for a passionate individual who shares our vision and who has the enthusiasm and drive to deliver our sales growth projections.
