Wasn't 'mother goose" the callsign for some army unit headquarters in an action movie? Anyone...?

"Company leader calling Raven, come in Johnnie...?" (Yeah I watched Rambo too much so I know that one, but Mother Goose is annoying me as I can't recall...)

I remember thinking when this came out - what are these guys hoping to do .... jamming legends/mates and it got big .... RIP Orbo & George

Dunno , I think it's just the pureness & those unreal voices that does it

All good excepting that Mother Goose rubbish, that part was unlistenable.
The Stones are the best, ever hear any early Bon Scott before AC/DC?

i'm afraid to admit that i am old enough to say i saw them play live in newcastle a few? times maybe twice? either at the workers club/bel air/16 footers
somewhere there, when proof of age wasn't a massive priority!
the band themselves were technically very skilled and put on great performances
" the baked beans track" was the least favourite track they liked to play
despite going to number one but certainly gained them some notoriety
or how the "yoof "of today say "raised their profile" to where they could tour and concentrate on some "real music"
"don't beleive in fairtayles" was/is still worth a listen

I smuggled my older brothers Mother Goose double EP (I think it was a gatefold double album with sleeves) to school for show and tell simply because of the great artwork and the word "Stuffed"
