Hello mates,

I've done this humble page about the forward, with some good videos embedded. Its easy, it wont hurt, all it takes is making up your mind and start training the next windy day on your shortboard, so no more excuses!

I'm trying the move, currently at stage 2 of the four steps, have been hampered by absolute lack of wind lately, but I'm sure I'll get it soon, and I'm not a ripper at all, 41 yrs old, back&forth typical freerider, so you can do it too, just follow the steps and give it a go.
