hi there, hopping some on here can point me in the right direction or give some advice, I live in Windang and am looking to try kite surfing , I often see kite surfers in the lake and around warrilla beach and think to myself got to try that someday,
but can't find much on the web for gettin lessons locally . Tia

Hey Dave, when I was learning this DVD was the gold standard of instructional DVD's.
It is NOT Not Not a replacement for lessons, but I was recommended to watch and re-watch it before my first lesson until I was ready to vomit, but it definitely was worth the effort and I'm certain I got more from my lessons as a result.

Yes I did vomit, the thought of the background music brings bile to my throat to this very day....

If there is a newer one since which may be better / improved someone please chime in and mention it.
Maybe ask the guys in the shop, it's in their best interests to have you up and running quickly and most importantly safely.

What artvandelay said +1. Progression have an app for apple and android. pretty sure there is a setting to turn off the music now. The feedback must have finally got to them! :)
