Hi all,
Just saying hello as I'm new to this forum and kitesurfing as well. I'm a father of 2 just getting into it( and really loving it) even though I really suck at it.
Had a few lessons, live in semaphore SA. On a 12m switchblade.
Struggling to get up but pretty sure it's my over thinking of everything. I'm way to rigid in what I'm doing
Nope. It's just that difficult.
Until it's not, and then it's hard to remember why it was so difficult in the first place.
Don't be so hard on yourself' if you've fathered 2 kids you can't be that bad at it
You don't sound like your struggling to get up' being rigid really helps also
Thanks
Met some guys down on beach last night, one was an instructor who gave me some advice/tips re body dragging more to get more intuitive with kite so I can feel it rather then watching it all the time. So I'll give that ago
