My weight = 82kg; advanced rider

Thx.

Wind range depends on SO many factors...Also ''advanced'' rider really doesn't mean much these days. The more important question is what do you actually want to do with the kite ?

I'm slightly heavier than you and use a 7m delta-shape kite between 10 and 40 knots, going from hydrofoil to big airs on a TT but also surfboard, mountainboard, snow-kite.

The kite you're looking at is built on a C-shape platform so expect less power in the Low end (in comparison to a delta shape kite), meaning if you're using a standard twin tip, expect to need at the very least 20 knots to start riding with it barely holding ground. around 25 knots you should be comfortably powered, sweet spot should be around 30 knots and well around 35 knots or more that really depends on your ability to handle a lot of power. The size of your board and the type of rocker it has would also influence your wind range... Using a surfboard with the right skills you should be able to get comfortably going starting around 20 knots.

I weigh 76kg and have a similar 3 strut, hybrid C kite that I have used in wind with gusts over 45 knots (average probably 30-35).

It's not very pleasant in the gusts and the rest of the time you're in survival mode getting ready for one of the nuclear gusts.

Was riding a 132cm TT.

an advanced rider would not ask for help on kite selection.

net alone literally GOOGLEING 9m park kite wind range and then READING the result

honestly can naish find other ways to plug there name into every single forum topic? its getting annoying

This makes for an interesting read - but yes what experieced rider would need to ask the question ?

Most kite makers give you a wind range for each of the kite sizes in their model(s). As cbulota says - it depends!!
