Looking to get back into kiteboarding after 5 years out off the water.
I no longer have any idea of what's what with modern gear and am looking for a bit of direction on what to demo.

10 and 14m LF NRGs were my kites of choice, shinn monk and north nugget.
Can't see myself chasing big air and won't be doing super energetic sessions anymore, just looking for a kit to get my 90kgs out for a lazy cruise on flat water in 18-25 knots. Especially something that trucks upwind in the lower end of that bracket.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Wings have become very popular in the last few years. Maybe demo wings and kites..?

Demo a 12m Flysurfer soul. Upwind angles like you are on a hydrofoil. Enough hangtime to call your missus to say you're going to be late home before you land again. Bingo!

Keep the monk. Its still pretty good (though new footpads are more comfortable).
