Need to watch your weight limit with that much in one bag.
Both of these will do it but you will need to weigh them before you go to the airport. Don't pack the actual kite bags, get compressions bags like these

Plenty of good options available.
The North Combibag is simple but has heaps of space - www.briskites.com.au/index.php?l=product_detail&p=945

The Naish Golf has more features and padding - www.briskites.com.au/index.php?l=product_detail&p=57

The Flying Objects is worth a look to - www.briskites.com.au/index.php?l=product_detail&p=1377

Just dont fly with malaysian airlines. Got next to no chance of finding your gear if it gets lost...

As you are in WA, Dan @ kite addiction has some Naish and Cabrinha/NP bags that will fit the bill.
Give him a call.
