Okay, I cannot see how a boat broker can sell someone a lemon, if they (the buyer) do their due diligence on the boat in the first place, including having a surveyor look over the boat properly, from bow to stern, keel to the tri colour lights at the top of the mast, and everything in between, if they failed to take this simple precaution then they have no one to blame but themselves, if on the other hand they did have these checks carried out then obviously the fault lies with the surveyor not the broker, some people are just incapable of accepting that the blame rest fair and square on their own shoulders, so in conclusion if you purchased a lemon, then suck it up, put it down to experience, and most importantly, go cry in your own beer...
