Wet weather / inflatable pfd combo

Has anyone tried them ? With the persistent rain and the necessity to don a life jacket before jumping in a dingy, I think they maybe worth while

I don't know if Stormy Seas are still around but they did a pretty good one back in the day.

Just remember, don't wear an inflatable PFD under you wet weather jacket, it might save your life but bust your ribs!

Swear by them.
Have Stormy Seas pilot jacket ever since 1998

I've had the Stormy Seas jacket with added harness for years. Love it for wet days and offshore. You can unzip the sleeves to turn it into a vest, but that's a pain. I have another vest PFD with harness for those times when it isn't jacket weather.

Only disadvantage is that the full jacket can be too warm in the sun, and I believe if it isn't worn correctly (ie zipped up) it may not function correctly if needed.
