Hi everyone

I am about 105Kg and I have a 920 axis front wing which I have been kite foiling in the swell. I am learning to foil SUP now and I was wondering if it would make sense to get a 1020 front wing into the future foil quiver? Axis says I would get earlier lift but would a 200cm2 projection make much of a difference? or i just need to learn how to paddle harder ?

Cheers

Just learn on that 920 and once you're pumping for doubles then get a 1010 or 1000.

Didn't realize your weight but it'll still work, got a buddy that's 113 kg using the 920. What rear wing are you using? If it's feeling slow, a smaller rear will speed it up. My buddy is using a 400 rear. He also has the foil way forward in the tracks of his board for the lift.

@ 85 kg my most used front is still the 1020 and that is because we have small weak waves most of the time.

I also have a 920 and a 1010.

Using a smaller rear will speed up all the front wings including the 1020..
