Ke Nalu is selling off its 2018 stock at 50%. Only ships in USA.
I am seeking a Slingshot 76 or 84 to have my happy quiver. But I am seriously tempted ... all carbon set up. Company isn't one of the big players but seems to get good reviews, not a lot of info online but haven't read anything bad.
The large wing 775 seems to have about same surface area as the SS Infinity 76, about the same as Naish Thrush XLarge, a little less than GoFoil Iwa.
Anyone got any reviews or tips, good or bad about Ke Nalu....performance, quality, etc?
Thanks Alex. I had read those, after spending hours scouring the interwebs for reviews pro or con. Really didn't find anything negative, which is impressive. However, in the end, despite how sexy this carbon machine looks, I think I am smarter to stick with my heavy old slingshot, with the new wing. The cheap interchangeable parts make for an easy mixed quiver, plus inexpensive to replace the inevitable broken bits.
They are advertising free global shipping, so everyone should be able to get in on this. At the 50% off price point I don't think you can do much better. I own a 775 set up, which I think would work great for anyone in the 80kg-95kg range.
They also have some paddles on discount that are really great deals.
I read somewhere, maybe on Facebook, that the global shipping note on website is in error ... they do ship globally, but global shipments don't qualify for the 50% off deal. I am in Canada, but can get stuff shipped to the border and pick it up.
In any case, I chickened out, ordered a slingshot 84 wing instead. Nice looking foil though, was sorely tempting.
Just tried out of curiosity ''there are no shipoish options fir this address'.... so you would be looking for an individual quote from them... which usually blows it out the water each time.
Every time I think of selling my h4 to upgrade, I have aa grea session on it....so will just keep it for a while still I think...
