How to make a custom that can only take a max of 30 wide from the blank and make it super stable ... Flatter deck roll ?

Wide everywhere: think of a Simmons or Tomo shape.

Yea, was trying to work it out to be like a naish x32 but machine won't take wider than 30

Yeah a wider outline will work, but you can still bring the tail in so it will surf better.
Also extend the concave through to under the feet instead of vee and this will also act like it is wider when standing on it.
