I am thinking about going to a single board quiver and I really like the look of the NSP Carolina but the widest it comes in is 25.75" and I think it would be too narrow for this 6'1" x 110+kg Fat Boy. I currently paddle a 14' x 27" Ace and a 14" x 26.75" Custom DC and are comfortable on both boards but I think a full 1" step down would be too much.

Has anyone paddled the 14' x 25.75" Carolina and from a stability perspective what boards would it be similar too?

Have you thought about the puma either 26 if you got great balance or 28 to be more comfortable?

Hey Nosa, sorry I missed this post. Hope it's still relevant.

The new Carolina is surprisingly super stable. I would say it feels 1" to 2" inches more stable then other boards.

I paddle the 24.25" Carolina and wish I went the 22.5".

I'm 6'2" and 83kgs.

The 25.75" Carolina would feel like a 26" - 27" wide Ace.

The best one quiver race board you'll buy.

Cheers Jonesy
