Can't offer you any feedback on the Simon Anderson as have never ridden one. I have the 8"8 Naish and am 5"11 and 85kg and love it. Very very stable, but easy to catch all sorts of waves on and very easy to surf and have fun - been very happy with it. I originally considered the 9"1 but it would have been overkill and I think in reality could have easily gone the 8"3 in this board. Cheers - Cooper
100kg and surfed the 8 3 Naish. Just didn't like the width an inch to wide. Personally, being a heavy guy I have found boards (shortboards, fishes and longboards) with too much rocker no good for me. If only JS or DH made sups but I'm sure Simon Anderson's SUPS are sick!
Looking at both boards, photos.
I would almost say the carrier is a lot more stable and forgiving, wider nose for a start
similar to the mana shape i would say. your talking about one of the greats in board design (shortboards)... and Im sure this board would be a great purchase :)
2 friends have Simon Anderson SUPs and rate them highly...can't recall who has what though 
One's a bit heavier than you, his is around 10' x 32 & looks like the pic above.
Yes for sure one of the great s, no issue with the brand just the right boar

My guess is the most stable is the carrier and would be the best in chop over the others
Ok after many hours of thought I have got my choice down to two boards

Naish all the way the LE32's are great and you will love the light weight and extra nose rocker over the fanatic.

Na I'm bloody dreaming if I think I can get away with a prowave in all conditions, think I will stick to my plan and go allwave maybe 8"6 ??
What has the more performance and stability in the rough, the fanatic allwave 8"6 or the carrier 9"0

I think the Naish is a more fun board, but the allwave did pick up little bumps earlier than the Naish does.
Stability wise, the Naish, I thought, was better. Performance, the Naish wins hands down.

you should get the board that you can't see yourself riding right now. Give yourself some serious sessions on it and you will be thankful later down the road. I have seen it to often that people buy boards that are more comfortable to ride and are more stable, then like clockwork 6-12 months later they are trying to sell the board. Reasons are usually "to long, to thick, to wide" etc etc.. Just wish somebody would have given me the same advice I just gave you.. The pic you posted up above looks like a real nice board, but very boring after you get a solid 3 or 4 months into it. Ask the sales rep of naish or any big china making sup company and if their honest and truly want your business they will tell you the same thing.

If I had to imagine such a board it would be a fanatic pro 8"10 but I want stability in all conditions so that's out.. Naish 8"3x32 seems to be on a cards
To,I guess the peoples choice would suggest the naish 8"3 x32 is far more stable than the allwave 8"6 and more performance

It's the cold down here mate, brain freeze
you will be just fine with the 8'3.. Hopefully you give yourself some time to really get it dialed in.. Good times.. We get another guy ditching the floating sidewalks and gets himself a stick that will actually do some surfing.. cheers!!
But if I could be candid BP....many of your 1940 posts on the breeze....especially on the sup forum have involved you agonising over some trivial decision......I for one don't care what board you buy
