Hi guys can anyone tell me if a 7'11x 27 85 litre infinity bline is more stable than a 2o18 7'7 x 26.75 90 litre starboard pro . Infinity being longer wider but a bit less volume ???

Volume doesn't add stability, as long as you have enough to float you. In fact, a higher volume board can actually be less stable. Width (in particular) and length do however add stability.

What affects stability the most is the size of the surface area in contact with the water, all other things being equal. This is why deep concaves add stability.
